Operational Protocols
Cancellation Policy : Due to strict private scheduling and vessel preparation, cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to departure will be charged in full. No-shows or late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes incur immediate full-rate charging.
Weather & Safety Parameters: In the event of adverse weather conditions, our crew will initiate immediate rescheduling procedures. Arrukö holds zero liability for expeditions or courses aborted due to guest sea-sickness, inner-ear equalization failure, or external forces beyond our maritime control.
PADI Retention Notice: For Scuba Diving certification tracks, a $250 non-refundable retainer is required to secure PADI e-learning credentials. Upon successful completion of your training modules, your PADI certification remains valid globally across all verified facilities worldwide.
